We check it every day. If it's been more than a day, we're at a show — give us until Monday.

Things worth emailing about

  • More pictures of a card. Tell us which one and what you want to see. Angled under a lamp, a corner up close, the back of a slab — all fine.
  • A question about condition. If the notes don't answer it, ask. We'd rather type for five minutes than take a card back.
  • A question about the price. If a card's been sitting a while, or you're taking a few at once, say so. We'd rather move it than watch it sit, and we'll tell you plainly when a price is already as low as we can go.
  • An order that went wrong. Wrong card, damaged in the mail, or it showed up worse than the description said. How shipping and returns work.
  • Selling us a collection. The Sell To Us page has a form that asks the right questions, but email works too.
  • A trade. We trade in person only, so we'll want to know if you're close enough to meet.

Privacy and data requests

Want to know what we've got on file about you, or want it deleted? Same address: pokebeansar@gmail.com. Put "data request" in the subject line so it doesn't get buried under card questions, and we'll come back to you in writing.

What we keep and how long is in the Privacy Policy. We sell cards, so the short version is your address, your email and what you bought — nothing clever, nothing sold to anybody.
